颅内肿瘤HIF-1/VEGF表达与脑浸润影像定量的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测和分析不同颅内肿瘤的血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)和缺氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia-inducible factor-1,HIF-1)表达差异与颅内肿瘤脑浸润程度和浸润方式的相关性。方法选择颅内肿瘤30例(12例脑胶质脑,10例脑膜瘤,8例脑转移瘤)。采用磁共振弥散张量成像(diffused tensor imaging,DTI)测量其脑浸润程度;采用免疫组织化学技术和逆转录聚合酶链反应(reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)技术测量肿瘤VEGF和HIF-1的表达;比较分析不同颅内肿瘤间表达的差异,并将其表达量与颅内肿瘤脑浸润程度的作相关性分析。结果在不同类型的颅内肿瘤间比较:HIF-1/VEGF轴在不同颅内肿瘤组间表达多数无差异;在不同脑浸润力肿瘤间比较:HIF-1/VEGF轴在各肿瘤亚组内与脑浸润程度有显著相关性,但在全部肿瘤内无相关性。HIF-1表达与VEGF表达在某些肿瘤组内不同步。结论HIF-1/VEGF轴介导肿瘤细胞血管新生能力,其表达与胶质瘤的脑浸润能力关系密切,但在胶质瘤与其他非胶质来源肿瘤组间的脑浸润差异方面无明确相关性。
