齐留通在急性坏死性胰腺炎腺泡细胞凋亡中的作用
摘要
5-脂氧合酶(5-Lipoxygenase,5-LOX)是脂肪酸氧化代谢的重要酶类,近年的大量研究已经证实,5-LOX在许多肿瘤的发生和发展中都起到重要作用。而关于急性胰腺炎(AP)时,5-LOX在胰腺腺泡细胞凋亡中作用的研究却鲜有报道。本文旨在探讨5-LOX抑制剂与AP腺泡细胞凋亡的关系和意义。
