摘要
目的:了解牡丹江市学龄前儿童血铅水平及其对儿童多动障碍的影响。方法:采用阳极溶出伏安法对牡丹江市300例学龄前儿童进行血铅测定,用Conners多动症父母简明量表进行行为评定。结果:牡丹江市儿童血铅平均水平为86.36μg/L,其中>100μg/L者占57例(19%);铅中毒儿童与非铅中毒儿童多动障碍评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:儿童铅中毒可能为儿童多动症的病因之一,应加强儿童铅中毒的预防,减少儿童多动症的发生。。
Objective:To investigate the preschool blood lead levels in Mudanjiang City and the impact of ADHD on children.Methods:anodic stripping voltammetry of the Mudanjiang City,300 cases of pre-school children blood lead measured by Conners hyperactivity scale behavioral concise assessment of the parents.Results:The average blood lead level of Mudanjiang city children is 86.36 μg / L,of which more than 100 μg / L is 57 cases(19%).Region(heavy traffic in Dongan district) and age had a significant difference(P〈0.05 ). Conclusion: Children's blood lead level may be one of the causes for children, ADHD, childhood lead poisoning prevention should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of ADHD children.
