摘要
目的:咳尔康口服液对棉球所致肉芽肿的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠40只,雌雄各半,随机分成5组,每组8只,即0.9%氯化钠溶液组;醋酸泼尼松组(4ml/kg);咳尔康口服液高、中、低剂量组(剂量分别为5.04,4.05,2.70 ml/kg)。观察棉球所致肉芽肿的影响。结果:咳尔康口服液高、中、低剂量都能够降低局部埋置棉球后局部刺激诱发的肉芽肿的重量。结论:咳尔康口服液能够有效减轻局部埋置棉球后诱发的肉芽肿的重量。
Objective：To study the the effect of keerkang oral liquid on granuloma.Methods：40 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups： blank control group（0.9% NaCl）,prednisone（4 ml/kg） group and groups of the three Keerkang oral liquid（5.04,4.05 and 2.70 ml/kg） to obsenue the effect of granuloma caused by implanting tampon.Results：Keerkang oral liquid can significantly reduce the weight of granuloma caused by tampon.Conclusion：Conclusion ：Keerkang oral liquid can significantly reduce the weight of granuloma.
