正畸患者对于微种植体支抗使用的主观反应:临床问卷调查

Subjective responses of patients who received micro-implant anchorage:a questionnaire study

目的了解患者对微种植体使用的生理反应和心理反应。方法50位在江苏省口腔医院正畸科接受微种植体植入的正畸患者在治疗结束之前完成了调查表。结果①72%患者缺乏微种植体支抗的相关信息;②微种植体支抗使用会造成72%的患者短期(1个月内)的心理压力,60%的患者术后有局部不适;③微种植体使用对超过80%的患者没有长期(植入半年后)的主观心理影响和局部不适。结论微种植体支抗对于患者的影响较小,但需要改进其设计,以减小局部的不适。

Objective To get the subjective responses of patients with micro-implant anchorage.Methods 50 patients who received orthodontic treatment with micro-implant anchorage in Stomatological Hospital of Jiangsu Province completed questionnaires.Results 1.72% of patients were lack of information about micro-implant anchorage; 2.72% of patients had mental pressure before micro-implants were embedded and 60% of patients had local discomfort after micro-implants had been applied. 3.80% of patients with micro-implants had not negative mental influence and local discomfort after micro-implants had been applied for 6 months.Conclusion The long-term negative influence from application of micro-implant anchorage is little. The design of micro-implant devices should be improved to decrease the local discomfort.
