摘要
扩张型心肌病(dilated cardiomyopathy,DCM)以无特定原因的心腔[左心室和(或)右心室]扩大、心肌收缩功能障碍为主要特征,发病率为(5—10)/10万。Karkkainen等报道至少25%~30%的DCM患者与家族(遗传性)因素有关。已发现30个基因的突变与DCM发病有关,其中核纤层蛋白基因(LMNA)是DCM的重要致病基因之一。
