摘要
目的:通过全基因组基因芯片研究初发鼻咽癌(pNPC)与复发鼻咽癌(rNPC)之间的差异表达基因。方法:选择rNPC和pNPC组织标本,应用Affymetrix Gene1.0 ST芯片,构建表达谱,检测两者之间的差异表达基因。结果:rNPC组与pNPC组比对,发现差异基因46个,下调基因38个,上调基因8个。这些基因参与钙结合、蛋白结合、酶活性调节等过程。结论:rNPC和pNPC之间存在基因差异表达,为了解rNPC的发生机制的研究起了一定的作用。
Objective:To study the differentially expressed genes between relapsed nasopharyn-geal carcinoma(rNPC) and primary nasopharyngeal carcinom(apNPC)by the whole human genome gene chips.Methods: pNPC tissue samples and rNPC tissue samples were selected,and Affymetrix Gene1.0 ST chips were used to construct the expression profiling of each tissue sample.The differentially expressed genes were examined with bioinformatics.Results:A total of 46 genes was identified to be differential expressed in rNPC. Thirty eight genes were down-regulation, 8 genes were up-regulation. These genes participated in the processes of calcium ion binding, protein binding, addustment of enzyme activity genes and so on. Conclusion: The differentially expressed genes exist between pNPC and rNPC, it may play an important role in the mechanism of occurrence and development of rNPC.
