贝复济喷剂外用对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:通过对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间的临床观察及相关对比分析,探讨贝复济喷剂(b-FGF)外用对创面愈合时间的影响。方法:选择本院1999年1月至2006年6月188例单纯小面积深Ⅱ度烧伤患者,以不同时期应用的烧伤创面外用药作为对照,并分A、B、C三组,观察并分析贝复济喷剂外用对烧伤创面愈合时间的影响。结果:2005年7月-2006年6月,合理使用贝复济组,深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间缩短为(16.76±1.61)d,未使用贝复济组,深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间为(21.79±3.93)d。结论:单纯深Ⅱ度烧伤创面外用贝复济喷剂能明显缩短创面愈合时间,疗效确切。 Objective:To explore the influence of b-FGF spray application for external use on the healing time of burn wound through the clinical observation and relevant comparative analysis of b-FGF spray application for external use on the deep Ⅱ degree burn wound.Methods:One hundred and eighty-eight cases of pure small area deep Ⅱ degree burn wound were chosen from our hospital from January 1999 to June 2006.Application of the external drug on burn wound in different periods was used as controls,of A、 B、C three groups were divided. The influence of healing time of b-FGF spray application for external use on the burn wound was observed and analyzed. Results: The healing time of the deep Ⅱ degree burn wound was reduced to (16.76 ± 1.61) d in the rational use of b-FGF group from July 2005-June 2006. The healing time of the deep Ⅱ degree burn wound was (21.79 ± 3.93) d in the group without using b-FGF. Conclusion: Application of b-FGF spray on the deep Ⅱ degree burn wound can significantly shorten the wound healing time, the curative effect is exact.
