摘要
目的:研究半导体量子点(Semiconductor quantum dots,QDs)对人骨肉瘤MG-63细胞的生长、侵袭、粘附和趋化运动能力的影响。方法:①用不同浓度的QDs与人骨肉瘤MG-63细胞共培养,观察QDs对骨肉瘤MG-63细胞生长的影响;②用QDs标记骨肉瘤MG-63细胞(MG-63/QDs),然后用transwell小室法和冲刷实验,观察骨肉瘤MG-63/QDs细胞的侵袭、粘附和趋化运动能力的变化。结果:①不同浓度的QDs均未影响骨肉瘤MG-63细胞的生长情况;②骨肉瘤MG-63/QDs细胞和MG-63细胞的侵袭、粘附和趋化运动能力无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:用QDs标记骨肉瘤MG-63细胞后不影响其生长、侵润和转移能力,为半导体量子点在活体生理条件下用于肿瘤学的研究提供了科学依据。
Objective : To study the effect of semiconductor quantum dots ( QDs ) on growth, invasion and metastasis of human oral osteosarcoma cell line MG-63. Methods: ①QDs of different concentrations were applied to MG-63 cells, and the cell growth of control and three test groups were compared respectively. ②MG-63 ceils were labeled by QDs( MG-63/QDs );then transwell chambers and wash away were used to detect the difference in invasion and metastasis ability between MG-63/QDs and MG-63 cells. Results : ① QDs of different concentrations showed no negative effects on growth of MG-63 cells; ② The ability of invasion, attachment and movement of MG-63 cells were not significantly different between test and control group(P〉0.05 ).Conclusion:QDs show no effect on cytobiological behavior-of living MG-63 cells.
