多电机同轴负荷平衡控制原理及优化 被引量:1

摘要 带钢冷连轧机组根据工艺需要主传动采用大功率电机,实际应用中为了降低电机转动惯量,保证电机控制精度和特性,采用多台电机同轴连接共同驱动1架轧机。多电机同轴控制通常采取每台电机单独控制的方式。介绍基于西门子6RA70 SIMREG DC MASTER系列直流调速装置,实现3台大功率直流电机同轴硬连接电枢绕组并联的特殊传动控制系统。描述了该系统的控制原理、配置和装置之间的通讯,以及3台电机负荷平衡控制系统的实现原理,给出了负荷平衡控制系统的框图。通过对负荷平衡控制系统的优化,改善并提高了控制系统负荷的平衡性能和调速精度及稳定性。 The cold strip tandem mill normally uses high power motors according to the requirement of the process.In actual production,it uses multiple motors on the same shaft to drive the mill with one stand to reduce rotation inertia and ensure the accuracy and characteristic of the motors.It normally uses the individual control system for each motor on the same shaft.This article introduces the configuration of the control system based on Siemens 6RA70 SIMREG DC MASTER converter to implement the drive and load balance control system for three DC motors driven by the same shaft with Armature Winding Parallel connection.The control principle,configuration and communication between controllers are described together with the principles of the load balance control system.The block diagram of the load balance control system is given in this article.With the optimization,the system's load balance control performance and its accuracy and stability of speed control were improved.
