摘要
针对宝钢股份公司一冷轧热镀锌生产线的镀层在线测量过程中存在的测量盲区影响、测量对象影响、测量过程缺乏有效监控等关系产品生产质量的问题,通过充分的论证和分析,用参数优化、功能改进等技术手段确保了测量过程完整性;用加权平均算法对测量标准曲线进行调整,提高了测量数据的可靠性;将测量过程控制方法短周期地应用于该具体设备的管理中,缩短了异常情况的发现周期。系列的改进实践,为不断改善类似测量设备管理方法,确保冷轧热镀锌生产线产品质量提供了参考与借鉴。
There are some problems concerning the product quality in the online coating measurement process of one cold rolling hot-dip galvanizing line at Baosteel.These problems include the dead space of measurement,influence by the measuring objects and the lack of effective ways to supervise the measurement process.Based on sufficient analysis and argumentation,the technicians from Baosteel used some technical methods,such as optimization of parameters and improvement of functions to guarantee the integrality of the measurement process.They also modified the measuring curve with the weighted average algorithm so as to enhance the reliability of the measurement data.Besides,they shortened the period of finding out abnormal situation using the measuring process control methods in short intervals.All these improvements offered reference and lessons for the management of similar measuring equipment for the purpose of ensuring the quality of hot-dip galvanized products in cold-rolling plant.
