Caspase-3与非霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效及预后的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究caspase-3蛋白以及国际预后指数(international prognostic index,IPI)与非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)总生存期(overall survival,OS)、无瘤生存期(diseasefree survival,DFS)之间的相关性,探讨caspase-3蛋白的表达在NHL中的临床应用价值。方法收集NHL共128例,其中,所有病例均接受CHOP方案化疗4程或以上;所有病例均有完整临床资料并行IPI评分。所有标本均用免疫组织化学检测caspase-3蛋白的表达情况。结果Caspase-3蛋白表达的阳性率为64.8%(83/128)。运用Kaplan-Meier生存分析Caspase-3蛋白阳性或阴性表达患者的OS差异有统创(P<0.001);其无瘤生存期差异有显著性(P=0.001)。在不同IPI患者中,其预后意义不同。结论对于临床早期的患者,Caspase-3蛋白是良好的OS预测因素。对于IPI高危患者,Caspase-3蛋白对预后的预测意义不大。Caspase-3蛋白对DFS影响有待进一步的观察和研究。 Objective To explore the relationship between caspase-3, IPI and prognosis of lymphoma patients such as overall survival, disease free survival, to evaluate the significance of the caspase-3 proteins expression in NHL. Methods 128 patients with NHL were enrolled in this study. All the paraffin-embedded s/ides were tested for the status of caspase-3. Results Positive rate of caspase was 64.8%(83/128). Survival analysis with Kaplan-Meier shows both OS and DFS has significant difference with the status of caspase (P〈0.001 and 0.001 respectively). Conclusion The expression of easpase-3 is a prognostic factor which indicate the overall survival, disease free survival in NHL.
