摘要
目的:探讨转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factorβ1,TGF-β1)基因多态性与脑梗死的关系。方法:利用多聚酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析法检测247例脑梗死(cerebral infarction,CI)患者及167例性别、年龄匹配的健康体检者-800G>A多态位点的基因型,并计算出各等位基因频率在组中的频率分布。结果:中国湖南汉族人群中存在-800G>A位点多态性。-800G>A基因型在两个人群中的分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,脑梗死组与对照组相比,基因型及等位基因频率分布无统计学差异(P>0.05),Logistic回归分析未发现某种基因型增加或者降低脑梗死发生的风险。结论:TGF-β1-800G>A基因多态性与中国湖南地区汉族人群脑梗死无明显相关性。
Objective To investigate the association between transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1)-800G〉A polymorphism and cerebral infarction(CI).Methods The genotypes of 247 patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and 167 sex-and age-matched healthy controls were detected by PCR-RFLP,and the frequency distribution of alleles calculated.Results TGF-β1-800G〉A polymorphism was found in Han population in Hunan Province,China.The distribution of-800G〉A genotypes was consistent with Hardy-Weinberg balance in the CI and healthy control group.There was no significant difference between genotypes and allele frequency of TGF-β1-800G〉A in the CI and control group(P〉0.05).Logistic regression analysis suggested that no genotypes could increase or reduce the risk of CI onset(P〉0.05).Conclusion TGF-β1-800G〉A polymorphism is not associated with CI in Han population in Hunan Province.
