摘要
目的从质量控制的角度阐述阵列空间敏感性编码技术(array spatial sensitivity encoding technique,AS-SET)在腹部MR扫描中的应用价值。资料与方法20例患者分别进行采用ASSET和不采用ASSET的腹部常规扫描。选择肝右后叶和脾作为感兴趣区(ROI),测量信号强度,计算信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR);伪影通过观察图像获得;分辨率指标由两名医师评估。结果CNR中轴位T1WI和冠状位快速平衡稳态进动序列(FIES-TA)两个序列使用ASSET和不使用ASSET时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);SNR中两个序列使用ASSET和不使用ASSET时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);伪影指标中两个扫描序列使用ASSET和不使用ASSET时差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05);分辨率指标中两个扫描序列使用ASSET和不使用ASSET时差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用ASSET的影像伪影和分辨率对图像质量产生较大的影响,应尽可能少用或不用。
Objective To assess the application value of ASSET in abdomen MR images from a quality-controlling point of view. Materials and Methods Conventional abdomen MR scanning with and without ASSET were aquired in 20 patients. Regions of interest (ROI) were drawn on the right posterior lobe of liver and spleen. The signal intensity was measured. Signal noise ratio (SNR) and contrast noise ratio (CNR) were calculated. Artifact of the image was evaluated,Imag resolution was assessed by two radiologists. Results On axial T1 -weighted imaging and coronal FIESTA sequence, there was no statistical difference in CNR and SNR between sequences with ASSET and sequences without ASSET ( P 〉 0.05 ), but there was statistical difference in the artifact and imag resolution between sequences with ASSET and sequences without ASSET (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Artifacts and image resolution of sequences with ASSET might have impact on images, which suggested ASSET was avoided to be used frequently.
