Typical materials and their site welding technologies in large scale petrochemical project

通过对石油化工常用金属材料的简单分析,简述了国产材料与引进材料在石化工程中的应用范围:以石化工程典型焊接结构为例,简要介绍了石化装置典型金属材料的应用及与之对应的焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接设备、焊接工艺等,特别是压力管道工厂化深度预制过程中自动焊及半自动焊的成功应用;最后,通过工程焊接质量的控制,引出了目前石化工程建设中焊接专业管理人员短缺的问题。

The important role of welding work in petrochemical construction field was illustrated based on the rapid development of petrochemical engineering construction.The field of application of domestic and imported materials was briefly introduced by analyzing the metal materials commonly used in petrochemical industry.The applications of typical metal materials applied in petrochemical units and their compatible weld- ing methods,welding materials and welding equipments were also introduced by taking the typical welding structure in petrochemical work for example,especially the successful application of automatic welding and semiautomatic welding in the course of further prefabrication of pipeline in workshop.Finally,the problem of welding professional managers shortage in the current petrochemical construction work was proposed by controlling the welding quality.
