摘要 介绍了E71T-1型气体保护药芯焊丝在降低焊接发尘量,改善焊接工艺性能,提高焊缝力学性能等方面的最新研究进展。通过改变药芯组分和合金元素加入方式可以降低药芯焊丝的发尘量和烟尘毒性,添加表面活性元素可以降低飞溅,调节熔渣粘度可以改善脱渣性能和全位置焊接性能,细化晶粒,减少大颗粒夹杂物,进一步提高焊缝力学性能。 The latest research progress on the reduction of welding fume,improvements of welding technological properties and weld mechanical properties of gas-shielded flux-cored wire were introduced.The welding fume and its toxicity can be reduced by changing the alloying elements powder composition and the element addition type.The spatter can be reduced by adding surface-active elements.The slag detachability and all position welding properties can be improved by adjusting the slag viscosity.The weld mechanical properties can be further improved by refining grains and reducing the amount of large inclusion in the weld.
