抗氢致、硫化物应力腐蚀裂纹CHE427SHA焊条的研制

摘要 介绍了一种高韧性、低强度、抗氢致及应力腐蚀裂纹CHE427SHA焊条的渣系选择、合金元素的配比和产品性能。经HIC、SSC模拟试验和中石化及中石油系统实际应用表明,该焊条熔敷金属具有较低的屈服强度、超低的S含量、较高的塑韧性、裂纹敏感性小,完全能满足国内外油气田的特殊要求。 The selection of slay system,the proportion of alloy system and the performances of electrode CHE427SHA with high toughness, low strength,anti-hydrogen induced and stress corrosion cracks was introduced.The simulation experiments of HIC and SSC and the practical application in petrochemical system show that the deposited metal has low yield strength,ultra-low impurity content of S,high toughness,little sensitivity to cracks,which can meet the special requirements in petrochemical industry.
