摘要
以LabVIEW为代表的虚拟仪器技术是计算机技术和测试技术发展和结合所产生的。它能代替传统仪器,并具有很好的灵活性和可扩展性,从而适应焊接质量控制对测控技术的需要。文中论述和评价了LabVIEW在焊接领域的应用。可以看出,LabVIEW在近五年来在焊接领域得到广泛和快速的应用,在焊接信号的采集、焊接图像处理、运动控制和焊接质量控制方面具有广阔的应用前景。
LabVIEW is one of the virtual instrument techniques,which combined computer technology and test technology.It can replace the traditional instrument,and has good flexibility and extensibility to meet the demand of welding quality control.In this paper,the applications of LabVIEW in welding industry within last five years were reviewed,which covered the fields of signals acquisition,welding image processing, movement control and welding quality control.
