摘要
以50at%Al、50at%Ti配比的混合粉末为原料,采用三维摆动式高能球磨机在Ar气保护下对混合粉末分别进行球磨5、10、15和20h。并利用X射线仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜及能谱仪对球磨后的Ti-Al基金属间化合物进行组织形貌、显微结构及成分分析。分析结果表明,20h球磨时间为最佳。
The mixed powder with 50at%Al and 50at%Ti were milled by three-dimensional swing-style high energy ball mill machine in Ar gas, and the milling time is respectively 5 h, 10 h, 15 h and 20 h. The morphology, microstructure and composition of TiAl intermetallic compound were studied by X-ray,SEM, TEM and EDS. The results show that milling for 20 h is best.
