摘要
利用等离子喷涂技术在瓦楞辊材料42CrMo合金钢表面喷涂Cr3C2-NiCr、Cr2O3两种硬质涂层。测试了涂层的硬度、耐磨性,并用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了两种涂层的截面、表面形貌和厚度。结果表明:等离子喷涂Cr3C2-NiCr涂层后试样表面硬度达到923.6HV,而喷涂Cr2O3涂层后试样表面硬度达到1184.1HV。两种涂层均与基体结合紧密,有效减小了试样表面的摩擦系数,耐磨损性能也显著提高。
The Cr3C2-NiCr coating and Cr2O3 coating were prepared on the surface of 42CrMo alloy by plasma spraying technique. The wear resistance behavior and hardness of the coating were evaluated. The microhardness of the sample surface was tested. The cross sectional microstructure and surface micrograph of the hardening coating were analyzed by means of SEM. The results show that it is feasible to prepare the hardening coating on the 42CrMo alloy by this process. The microhardness of Cr3C2-NiCr coating is 923.6 HV, and Cr2O3 coating is as high as 1184.1 HV,which is much higher than that of 42CrMo alloy. It is found that the hardening coating has excellent wear resistant behaviors.
