退火温度对ZL102组织和性能的影响

摘要 利用金相显微镜观察经不同温度退火处理的ZL102合金的显微组织,通过测量硬度得出其随退火温度的变化规律;并通过全浸腐蚀试验比较其耐腐蚀性,观察其在不同温度下的腐蚀形貌。结果表明,经不同温度退火处理的材料其显微组织发生明显的改变,硬度随退火温度呈一个波动趋势;在250℃和300℃退火处理时其腐蚀形貌较好。 The microstructure of ZL102 alloy was observed after annealing at different temperature by metallography microscope. The rule of hardness changing along with annealing temperature was obtained, the corrosion resistance was compared by all soaks, the corrosion appearance was observed. The results show that the microstructure has obvious change throngh annealing at different temperature, hardness assumes a fluctuation tendency along with the annealing temperature. The corrosion morphology is good at 250 ℃ and 300 ℃.
