摘要 研究了热处理工艺对Mg-Nd-Gd-Zr镁合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,采用适当的热处理可细化镁合金的显微组织,并改善镁合金的力学性能。该合金优化的热处理工艺为530℃×2h空冷后再200℃×2h时效,在此热处理制度下,合金获得优良的综合力学性能,显微硬度达到93.4HV,抗拉强度达到187MPa。 Effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of Mg-Nd-Gd-Zr alloy were investigated. The results show that appropriate heat treatment may refine the microstructure of alloy, and improve its mechanical properties. The optimum heat treatment process of Mg-Nd-Gd-Zr alloy is 530 ℃ for 2 h and then aging at 200 ℃ for 2 h. After heat treating, the alloy possesses good mechanical properties. Its hardness and tensile strength reaches 93.4 HV and 187 MPa, respectively.
