摘要
针对断裂的吊车车轮进行了失效分析,采用宏微观形貌、化学成分、金相显微组织、SEM微观断口形貌、EDS微区成分分析等手段,分析了吊车车轮断裂的原因。结果表明,吊车车轮断裂为疲劳断裂,表面脱碳、冶金缺陷以及热处理缺陷是导致吊车车轮疲劳断裂的三个主要原因。
Cracking of crane wheel was analyzed by means of macroscopic, microscopic, chemical, SEM and EDS analysis. The results show that the cracking of the crane wheel is fatigue fracture. Metallurgical defects, heat-treated defects and surface decarbonization cause the fatigue fracture jointly.
