摘要
对断裂齿轮的宏观形貌、显微组织、化学成分及硬度等进行了检验和分析,发现该齿轮的原始组织较差,节圆面上产生疲劳裂纹,同时齿沟处未淬硬,这几方面因素综合作用严重降低了齿轮的使用性能,是造成齿轮早期断齿失效的主要原因。
A series of comprehensive analysis on macrostructure, microstructure, chemical composition and hardness of failure gear were carried out. It is found that the gear s original structure is worse, the flex cracking exists on the pitch circle and the gear s ditch hardened quenching. The composite factors reduce the gear s operational performance and lead to the early failure of the gear.
