摘要
目的:研究直接树脂嵌体修复磨牙髓室底穿孔的操作步骤、形态恢复及封闭效果。方法:收集新鲜拔除的人恒磨牙40个,开髓,降低牙冠2 mm。其中36个分成A、B、C 3个实验组,每组12个,用#4球钻在髓室底中央制备2 mm直径的穿孔,另4个为阴性对照(D组),只开髓不制备髓室底穿孔。A组用光敏复合树脂直接充填修复髓室底穿孔;B组用直接树脂嵌体修复髓室底穿孔;C组用间接树脂嵌体修复髓室底穿孔,两嵌体组均使用AH-p lus糊剂作为黏结。修复后7 d用GOD法检测微渗漏,SEM观察黏结界面。结果:两嵌体组微渗漏均显著低于树脂直接充填组(P<0.05),髓室底形态修复效果也优于后者,两嵌体组间的微渗漏无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:直接树脂嵌体修复磨牙髓室底穿孔在形态学和封闭性方面达到了间接嵌体的效果。
AIM: To evaluate the effect of furcal perforation treated with direct composite inlays, including both morphologic and microleakage study. METHODS: 40 newly extracted human maxillary and mandibular molars were collected. In 36 of them, perforations were made in the center of the pulp chamber floors by using the #4 high - speed round bur, the other 4 were kept integrity. 36 samples were divided randomly into three experimental groups, 12 in each. The other intact 4 samples were used as the negative controls. In the experimental groups, perforations were repaired as follows. The samples of group A were repaired directly by composite resin. The samples of group B were repaired by direct composite inlays. The samples of group C were repaired by indirect composite inlays. AH - plus was used in all samples as cement. Then 6 of them were evaluated under SEM, and microleakage of others was measured by the concentration of leaked glucose with the enzymatic GOD - POD method. RESULTS : After restoration, the furcal appearances in group B and group C were recovered better than group A. Leakage of group B and C was obviously lower than group A ( P 〈 0.05 ). But had no statistical difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) between group B and group C. CONCLUSION : For repairing furcal perforation, the method of direct composite inlays is a good new way as the indirect composite inlays
