政府支出对经济增长贡献率的测度研究

An Empirical Analysis of the Contribution of Fiscal Expenditure to the Economic Growth

由于受国际金融危机的影响,各国政府都在不同程度上扩大了其支出水平,推动经济的发展与复苏。文章首先建立政府支出对经济增长贡献率关系的理论模型,然后基于我国的相关数据,运用联立方程组模型,进行实证分析。实证结果表明,政府支出对经济增长不仅有直接的拉动作用,而且还会通过消费、投资的促进作用间接地拉动经济增长,同时还对政府支出对经济增长的贡献率进行了估计。

Due to the international financial crisis, each governments try to expand its expenditure level to promote economic development and recovery.In this paper, the author builds up a theortical model of the equation of fiscal expenditure to the economic growth, and model conclusions are tested by using simultaneous-equation model based on the data of our country. And then the research reveals that fiscal expenditure not only has a direct role in stimulating the economic growth, but also has an indirect role in promoting economic growth through the consumption and investment, meanwhile, the contribution rate estimated. of the fiscal expenditure to economic growth has been estimated.
