基于教学学术维度的大学教师专业发展的新解读 被引量:10

摘要 教学学术是一种新的学术范式,它巧妙地指出了大学教师专业发展的方向和焦点。大学教师的角色身份是双重的,他们既代表了其所在的学科,同时也作为教育者。专业化发展要求大学教师的这两种角色内在地结合在一起。教学学术的提出与大学教师专业化发展是契合的。教学学术维度之下的大学教师发展必须通过多途径获取渊博知识和丰富经验,对教学进行记录和研究,进行有效而良好的交流,创造性地使用资源。
