高校学生管理中的心理契约模式探讨 被引量:9

摘要 基于社会学的分析,良好的人际互动不是一次性完成的。"心理契约"作为人际互动的一个重要手段和标志,更不可能一蹴而就。高校学生管理过程是一种特殊的人际互动,参与互动的是有较高文化水平的个体。因此,高校学生管理过程的"心理契约"模式为:心理相遇即"同感或共鸣"阶段;心理相约即"积极主动交流"阶段;心理相融即"彼此悦纳对方"阶段,心理相守即"心理契约"阶段。
