摘要
在２６例成人手部标本上，对腕部尺管的局部结构进行解剖观测。据此探讨腕尺管内尺神经及其分支受卡压的解剖学机制，描述了较为合理的针刀手术的入刀和进刀方向，并指出了术中应注意避免损伤的结构。
The local anatomy of ulnar carpal tunnel has been observed in 26 adult hand specimens,for studing the anatomical mechanism of the compression of ulnar nerve and branchs in the tunnel. The rational direction for small-needle-knife is described and the structures which should refrain from bing injured during operation are pointed out. The result provides the reference for clinical treatment.
