野生隐孔菌挥发油成分分析

Composition Analysis of Volatile Oil in Wild Cryptoporus Volvatus

为了分析野生隐孔菌挥发油成分，采用水蒸气蒸馏提取，ＧＣ－ＭＳ－ＤＳ方法分离鉴定。结果：在检出的２９种成分中，萜类化合物共１１种，其中倍半萜４种，双环单萜７种；芳香族化合物共６种；脂肪族化合物共１２种，萜类化合物总离子流（ＴＯＴ）以双环单萜为高。说明除苯甲醛、十氢－４，８，８－三甲基－９－亚甲基－１，４－亚甲基、十六碳酸和十八碳酸外，其余化合物均为首次从该真菌中分离鉴定。萜类化合物以双环单萜为主。

For the analysis of the composition of volatile oil in wild Cryptoporus volvatus, the extration with water vapour distillation method and the separation identification with GCMSDS method have been used. The result showes that, in 29 kinds of the ingredients tested, 11 kinds are terpines (sesquiterpene, 4 kinds; bicyclic monoterpene,7 kinds), 6 kinds are aromatics and 12 kinds are aliphatics. The TOT of bicyclic monoterpene is the highest among terpines. It indicates that expect for benzaldehyde, 16carbonic acid and 18carbonic acid, the other chemical compounds are firstly separated and identified from this fungus. 
