通过提升机架模具下模型腔的数控加工,介绍了Cimatron^(it)软件CAM模块中的WCUT工序在同一款模具加工中的应用。通过对WCUT工序加工刀路参数设置的合理安排,完成对型腔的粗、半精、精加工,提高编程效率,达到理想的加工效果。

Through cavity of hoist housing mold NC processing,it introduced application of the WCUT processing of the Cimatron^it CAM Module in the same mold. Through reasonable arrangements for the tool path parameter setting of WCUT processing,Cimatroni＇ can complete rough, semi-finishing, finishing processing for cavity. It will improve the programming efficiently and achieve the desired effect of processing.
