摘要
对我国桥梁模板行业的现状进行分析,并探讨其发展趋势。中国将投资建设的铁路新线,为桥梁模板制造企业提供了空前的发展机遇,同时将带来企业两极分化加剧、企业人才流动加快等不断变化的新形势。为此,只有注重加强企业的研发能力,提高企业的管理水平,才能在新形势下适应企业竞争和发展需要。
Status-quo of bridge formwork industry in China is analyzed and its development trend is discussed. New railway line to be constructed in China will provide unprecedented opportunities for the development of bridge formwork manufacturing enterprises. Meanwhile, it will also bring new conditions, such as aggravated polarization and faster talent flow among enterprises. Therefore, enterprises have to strengthen their research and development abilities and improve their management level to meet competition and development requirements under new conditions.
