摘要
通过对非烧结砖的吸水特性以及砖的上墙含水率对砌体使用阶段干燥收缩率和砌体抗剪强度的影响的试验研究,从施工可操作性、砌体干燥收缩和砌体抗剪强度的角度综合分析了非烧结砖的合理上墙含水率,建议非烧结砖砌筑时,采用不浇水砖砌筑的施工工艺。
Through the tests on the absorption performance of un-burnt brick and the effect of the moisture content before laying on the drying shrinkage of masonry and the shear strength of masonry, the reasonable moisture content of non-fired brick before laying is carried out according to eompositive analysis of laying, shrinkage and shear strength of un-burnt brick masonry. It was suggested that un-burnt brick is not wet before laying.
