低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗军人精神分裂症慢性幻听疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的:观察低频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对军人精神分裂症难治性慢性幻听症状的疗效和不良反应。方法:选择军人精神分裂症伴慢性幻听患者42例,随机分为观察组和对照组各21例。两组在抗精神病药物种类及剂量不变的前提下,观察组给予左侧颞顶叶2周共10次低频(1Hz)rTMS刺激,对照组给予参数与观察组相同的假rTMS刺激。治疗前后分别对两组采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定精神症状及幻听症状。结果:观察组治疗后PANSS量表幻听因子分值由(5.1±1.5)分降至(2.5±1.1)分,而对照组治疗前后无变化。两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组未见严重不良反应,均完成试验。结论:低频rTMS治疗精神分裂症难治性慢性幻听,疗效肯定且安全。
