白内障的诊断与晶状体图像计算机分析系统的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨计算机图像分析系统在活体眼前节定量检查中的应用。方法:用裂隙灯显微镜联合摄像对眼前节进行检查,将所得资料进行计算机图像分析。结果:角膜中央厚度0.43mm±0.05mm,周边厚度0.59mm±0.04mm,前曲率半径10.89mm±1.21mm,后曲率半径10.10mm±1.13mm,前房深度2.46mm±0.38mm,房角26.79°±5.80°,晶体厚度:5.17mm±0.90mm,前曲率半径11.06mm±2.10mm,后曲率半径6.27mm±1.10mm。结论:裂隙灯摄像与计算机图像分析系统可用于对活体眼前节的检查与实时定量检测分析,是晶状体混浊程度定量检查不可缺少的客观手段之一。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate applications of computer image analysis system on quantitative examinations of anterior segment of eye. METHODS: The anterior segments were examined with slit lamp microscope connected with charged couple device (CCD). The data acquired were analyzed through computer image system. RESULTS: The central corneal thickness was 0 428±0 05mm , and 0 59±0 44mm in the edging. The radius of anterior curvature was 10 89±1 21mm, and the posterior was 10 1±1 13mm. The depth of anterior chamber was 2 46±0 38mm, anterior chamber angle was 26 79±5 8°.The central thickness of lens was 5 17±0 90mm, and its radius of anterior curvature was 11 06±2 10mm, the posterior was 6 27±1 10mm. CONCLUSIONS: The slit lamp microscope CCD and computer image analysis system could be used in biopsy of ocular anterior segment and in quantitative immediate measure and analysis, and this was one of objective methods examining quantity of opacity of lens.
