克敏灵治疗春季结膜炎及其对泪液IgE影响的初步观察

A primary observation on effect of keminling in treatment of vernal conjunctivitis and effect on lachrymal IgE

目的：观察克敏灵治疗春季结膜炎的效果及其对泪液ＩｇＥ的影响。方法：２１例春季结膜炎患者用中药克敏灵口服液和克敏灵滴眼液治疗。治疗前后检测泪液ＩｇＥ。结果：２１例患者治疗后症状及体征明显改善。治疗前患者泪液ＩｇＥ为１７．５８ＩＵ／ｍｌ，治疗后为８．５０ＩＵ／ｍｌ（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：克敏灵治疗春季结膜炎临床疗效显著。

OBJECTIVE: To observe effect of Chinese medicinal herb keminling in treatment of vernal conjunctivitis and its effect on lachrymal IgE. METHODS: Twenty one patients with vernal conjunctivitis took keminling liquor and its eyedrops. The lachrymal IgE was measured before and after the treatment. RESULTS: After treatment the symptoms and signs of the patients were ameliorated obviously. The concentration of IgE was 1758IU/ml in the lachrymal before the treatment, and was 850IU/ml after the treatment(P<0001). CONCLUSION: Clinical curative effect is obvious. The concentration of lacrimal IgE reduced obviously after the treatment.
