高效抗逆转录病毒治疗艾滋病方案的效果评价

Evaluation on the Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy among People with HIV/AIDS

目的评价目前高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)方案的疗效,为以后的治疗方案提供参考。方法应用国家免费提供的抗病毒治疗药品,对符合治疗条件的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病例进行规范的抗病毒治疗,并检测病例的病毒载量和淋巴细胞。结果治疗1～12个月,治疗病例CD4+T淋巴细胞计数呈明显上升趋势,均值为266.2;12个月之后,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数相对稳定,均值为353.1。治疗12个月前后,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1～7个月,病例病毒载量计数呈明显下降趋势;治疗7个月之后,病例病毒载量计数相对变化较为稳定。治疗7个月前后,其差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论浙江省艾滋病例在接受抗病毒治疗1年后,治疗效果明显,病例状态持续稳定。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of highly active antiretroviral therapy （HA.ART） and provide scientific evidence for the further use. Methods Each individual with HIV/AIDS was offered standardized anfiretreviral drugs free of charge by government. Then HIV viral loads and CD^4＋ T of each subject were detected periodically. Result During the first 12 months of HAART, the level of CD^4＋ T in AIDS eases increased markedly and was 266.2. After 12 months, the level of CD^4＋ T kept steady with an average level of 353. 1. There was signifioant difference of CD^4＋ T levels before and after 12 months （ P〈0.05 ）. Additionally, during the first 7 months of HAART, the viral load decreased markedly and was 2.271g copies/ml. After 7 months, the viral load kept steady with an average level of 1.72 lg eopies./ml. Similarily, there was significant difference of viral load before and after 7 months （ P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion After one year treatment, the curative effect of HARRT is obvious and the effectiveness remains steady.
