Affordable housing has become a focus attracting the public＇s attention increaaingly.Through grey forecasting method of grey system theary,this paper builds a demand and supply model,analyzes demand and supply factors of Heilongjiang affordable housing quantitatively,prediots prices of affordable housing,and concludes that it is necessary to decrease the prices of affordsble housing.The prediotion is credible and prosperous in real estate due to the accuracy of grey prediction model.
