摘要
为研究柴桂合剂治疗儿童反复上呼吸道感染（ＲＲＴＩ）疗效及其机理，检测了２３例ＲＲＴＩ患儿柴桂合剂治疗前后免疫功能状况，并与正常对照组比较，结果表明柴桂合剂治疗ＲＲＴＩ临床总有效率９５．６％，改善免疫功能状态可能是柴桂合剂治疗ＲＲＴＩ的机理之一。
This paper deals with the effect and mechanism of Chai Gui He Ji (CGHJ) in treating recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTI) in children, the immunofunction of before and after treatment were measured in 23 RRTI cases and compared with control group. lt suggests that the mechanism of CGHJ treating RRTI may be to improve the immunofunction of patients.
