对牡丹皮合理的醇沉工艺。采用薄层扫描法，以芍药甙为检测指标，考察不同醇沉浓度对芍药甙的影响。实验结果表明。
This paper reports the effect of different alcohol concentration on Paeoniflorin content in Mudan Pi by means of TLC analyses, the result showed that the process condition of 60% alcohol concentration was best one.
