我国现行的党政领导干部选拔任用制度,由于受历史及封建思想的影响、传统干部体制的弊端及现实体制机制的问题等诸多因素的制约,使其滞后于经济体制改革的进程。为满足社会主义现代化建设对领导人才的需求,有必要对影响其创新的制约因素进行深入的探究与思考,廓清选人用人上的模糊认识和不良倾向。

China＇s current system of leader＇s appointment has been restricted by the influence of history and feudal ideology, malpractice of traditional carder system and present running mechanism; therefore, it has lagged behind the economic reform. It is necessary to research on the inhibiting factors that affect the creation and to clarify the vague understanding and defective trend so as to meet the needs of leading carders from social modernization.
