中国犯罪学体系研究30年述评

A Review of Studies on the System of Chinese Criminology from 1978

犯罪学体系即犯罪学研究对象的结构关系。它有两种含义,即作为犯罪学教科书的体系和作为犯罪学学科群的体系。改革开放30年来,我国犯罪学研究得到了迅猛发展,形成了自己独立的学科体系。中国犯罪学体系研究30年的发展史,说明了我国对犯罪学体系的认识是逐步提高的———由浅入深,由片面走向全面。

The system of criminology involves the structural relation of the research object of criminology. It has two kinds of different meanings, namely, the textbook system of criminology and the discipline group system of criminology. In the 30 years since the reform and open policy, Chinese criminology research has developed very quickly. And it has established itself as a relatively independent disciplinary system. But it shows some differences in the division in the specific content of this system. The phylogeny of the study of the system of Chinese criminology from 1978 illustrates that our understanding of the system of criminology is gradually improving, from the shallower to the deeper, from one-sided development to all-round development.
