摘要
针对节能这一热点问题,阐述了沈阳地区既有住宅节能的重要性,以沈阳某住宅为例,分析了其耗能情况,提出了建筑节能改造的主要途径及措施。
In connection with this hot problem of energy saving, it illustrates importance of energy saving in now-built residence. Take extant housing building of Shenyang City as an example, it analyzes its environmental and energy-wasting situations and propounds main ways and measures for architectural energy-saving reconstruction.
