公共信息安全问题的审视与应对

Survey on the Issue of Public Information Security and Its Countermeasure

我国社会越来越频繁的公共信息安全问题已经严重影响和干预了人们的社会交往和社会参与,成为影响构建和谐社会的重要因素。当前我国公共信息安全问题主要表现为恐慌性信息频繁蔓延、经济诈骗信息无孔不入、私人信息公共化、恐怖信息明显增多、迷信信息大行其道等方面。因此,必须在健全法律制度的前提下,加强对公共信息传播的监管,打击公共信息传播中的违法行为,提高公民的现代信息素养。

The public information security problem has frequently affected and interfered people＇s social communication and participation in China, and it has become an important factor influencing the construction of harmonious society. At present, the public information security problem in our country is mainly marked by the frequent spread of scared information, the extensive existence of economic fraud information, the publicity of private information, the increase of grisly information, the prevalence of superstitious information, and so on. Hence, we must perfect the legal system, enhance the supervision on public information propagation, publish the illegal activities in public information propagation, and promote the modern information quality of citizens.
