阐述了JIT生产方式对苏南地区中小型电子制造企业的适宜性,以及苏南中小企业推行JIT生产方式存在的优势;提出了将JIT方式深入应用的3个方向,即瓶颈环节"准时物料供应"的解决方案,JIT生产系统的整体架构而不是仅仅只是"看板系统",以及深入推行的实施手段。
It discusses the advantages to implement JIT production mode in small and medium- sized enterprises in electronics manufacturing in the South of Jiangsu, proposes the ways to advance further JIT production in three directions, which are the solution of ＂JIT material supply＂ bottleneck, the JIT production system construction rather than only Kanban, as well as the means of propelling JIT production.
