氟康唑治疗甲真菌病53例

FLUCONAZOLE IN TREATMENT OF 53 CASES OF ONYCOMYCOSIS

目的：探索氟康唑治疗甲真菌病国内患者的剂量、疗程和疗效。方法：服药１５０ｍｇ，２次／周，指甲损害疗程３个月，趾甲损害疗程４个月，停药后每月随访１次共６个月。结果：共观察５３例，治疗结束时，治愈率５４．７％，真菌清除率７２．３％，以后逐月增高，停药后６个月时，治愈率９８．１％，真菌清除率９７．９％，１例无效，培养为近平滑念珠菌，可能与其天然抗药有关，治疗中未见明显不良反应。结论：氟康唑为新一代广谱、高效抗真菌药，对各临床类型甲真菌病均有明确疗效。

OBJECTIVE:To study the efficacy of fluconazole in treatmen of onycomycosis and its dosage suitable for Chinese patients.METHODS:The regimen for fingernail infections was 150 mg of oral fluconazole twice a week for three months and for toenail infections was 150 mg of oral fluconazole twice a week for 4 months.After the treatment,patients were followed up monthly up to 6 months.RESULTS:A cure rate of 54.7%and a mycological elimination rate of 72.3% were obtained at the end of treatment and they were increased with increasing of time,and they were increased to 98.1% and 97.9% respectively after 6 months of treatment.There is one failure who was infected with Canidaparasilosis.CONCLUSION:Fluconazole is an effective antifungal agent with a broad spectrum of activity and it is worthy to be spread in clinical.
