在分析总结了已有方法的基础上,提出了一种从客户需求出发进行创新设计的数控机床模块化划分方法。该方法先从功能角度进行模块的划分,再从生命周期的角度对划分结果进行优化,并经过实例证明了其可行性。
Based on summarization of the modular design, it proposes a module partition method of creative design for meeting clients' demands. This method makes module partition in the perspective of function, and optimizes the partition results in view of lifecycle. An example verifies the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method.
