摘要
目的研究紫金胶囊对D氨基半乳糖(DGlaN)致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用.方法Wistar大鼠造型:DGlaN(08g/kg),ip,1次/d,连续2d;生理盐水10ml/kg,ig,2次/d,连续3d.设空白组,单纯中药组(141g/kg),联苯双酯(405mg/kg)阳性对照组,紫金胶囊低、中、高剂量组(28、141、226g/kg).自动生化分析仪上检测血清的总胆红素含量、凝血酶原时间、总蛋白含量、白蛋白含量及ALT活性,组间对比t检验.观察形态结构,作肝小叶百分比、肝细胞索百分比、存活肝细胞核和慢性炎细胞核的形态计量,组间对比q检验或t检验.结果紫金胶囊明显降低血清总胆红素含量(μmol/L,从576±49到72±09以下),缩短凝血酶原时间(s,从1385±125到1046±34以下),升高血清总蛋白含量(g/L,从492±22到572±21以上),升高血清白蛋白含量(g/L,从300±16到397±17以上)及降低血清ALT活性(μmol/min,从3374±953到893±153以下);紫金胶囊明显降低肝小叶百分比(从737到712以下)和降低肝?
IM To confirm the effect of Zijin capsule in preventing rat liver injury induced with Dgalactasamine hydrochloride.METHODS Rat liver injury models were induced with Dgalactasamine hydrochloride (08g/kg) ip daily for two days. Compared with biphenyl diocarboxylate (405mg/kg) by liver functions and morphometry on the models, Zijin capsule was given at three doses (28, 141 and 226g/kg) intragastrically, the others were same as those in the model group. NS was given to the normal group. The liver functions were examined with biochemistry and expressed as ±s. The liver morphometry was observed under microscope and expressed as X-i for hepatic lobule ratio or hepatic lamina ratio, as ±s for normal hepatic nuclear and infiltrated inflammatory cells.RESULTS Zijin capsule could reduce the TBil from 576μmol/L±49μmol/L to 72μmol/L±09μmol/L or less, Tcoag from 1385s±125s to 1046s±34s or less and ALT from 3374±953 to 893±153μmol/min or less, and maintain the content of total protein from 492g/L±22g/L to 572g/L±21g/L or more or albumin from 300g/L±16g/L to 397g/L±17g/L or more in serum. The capsule could reduce the ratio of hepatic lobule from 737 to 712 or less or hepatic lamina from 588 to 514 or less, maintained the number of hepatocytes from 2398±626 to 3060±566 or more, and minimized the infiltrated inflammatory cells from 3391±502 to 1007±232 or less.CONCLUSION Zijin capsule can protect against the rat liver injury induced with Dgalactasamine hydrochloride.
