摘要
目的评价匹维溴铵对实验性便秘及腹泻小鼠的治疗作用.方法昆明小鼠38只,随机分为腹泻组(n=14),便秘组(n=14)及正常对照组(n=10).采用复方苯乙哌啶制作小鼠便秘模型,番泻叶制作小鼠腹泻模型.便秘组及腹泻组动物分别给予匹维溴铵200mg/kg·d,正常对照组给予等体积生理盐水灌胃.观察各组d0、d1、d3、d5小鼠干粪点数、不排便只数、腹泻指数变化.d5处死小鼠,取小鼠结肠做病理切片,观察结肠粘膜改变.结果匹维溴铵治疗结束时,腹泻治疗组小鼠的腹泻指数与正常对照组相比无差异(000vs000,P>005),与腹泻对照组相比明显降低(000vs079±012,P<001),便秘治疗组小鼠的干粪点数与正常对照组相比无差异(1642±529vs1650±187,P>005),与便秘对照组相比明显增加(1642±529vs483±426,P<001).结论我们采用非特异性的小鼠腹泻及便秘模型进行的研究结果表明,匹维溴铵对小鼠非特异性腹泻及便秘有明显的治疗作用.
IM To assess the therapeutic in effects experimental constipation and diarrhea in mice. METHODS Thirtyeight Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups: diarrhea group, constipation group and control group. Constipation models were made by Diphenoxylatum and diarrhea models by Folium sennae. Constipation and diarrhia groups were treated by pinaverium at a dose of 200mg/kg body weight daily. Control group was fed with 09% NaCl. RESULTS In diarrhea group, the incidence rate of diarrhea was decreased after treatment (000±000). In control and constipation groups, the defecation numbers are increased markedly. CONCLUSION Pinaverium can relieve the symptoms of diarrhea and constipation in mouse models. .
