摘要
目的:建立补肾化瘀膏中淫羊藿苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用Gimini色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.03M醋酸铵(含0.25%甲酸)(28:72)作为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长269 nm,柱温:40℃。结果:淫羊藿苷浓度在0.1～2.0μg·ml^(-1)的范围内线性关系良好,回收率为99.51%,RSD为1.40%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,能有效控制补肾化瘀膏的含量。
Objective： To establish a method to determine the content of Icariin in bushcn huayu electuary by HPLC. Method： Gimini column （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-buffer salt （28：72） （0.03M ammonium acetate solution containing 0.25% formic acid） at the flow rate 1.0 ml. min^-1 ;and the detection wavelength was 269 nm,the temperature of column was conducted at 40 ℃. Result ： The linear ranges of Ieariin in bushen huayu eleetuary was 0. 1-2.0 μg·ml^-1, the recovery was 99.51% , and RSD was 1.40% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, sensitive, accurate, reproducible and effective in controlling the content of bushen huayu electuary.
